Through optical coherence tomography (OCT) we can obtain a high resolution image of the different layers that make up the retina and its structures (retina, macula and optic nerve). From them we can detect different lesions such as small cysts, drusen, macular degeneration or optic nerve lesions.
The test consists of staring at a light - although we can blink - and a high-resolution scanner takes multiple images of the areas of the retina that interest us with great precision. This allows us to offer a very accurate diagnosis of the state of our retina.
We will be delighted to meet you. Choose day and time.
